The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bermo Mahila PS Case No.10 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2),115(2), 85,74, 352 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in court of learned SDJM, Bermo at Tenughat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be husband and matrimonial dispute arose between the petitioner and the informant due to certain misunderstanding. He next submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the wife with all dignity as stated in paragraph no.9 of the petition.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be husband.

Learned counsel for informant submits that wife is ready to reside along with petitioner subject to that he will keep wife with all dignity.

In view of above and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the wife with all dignity and wife is also ready to reside along with the petitioner, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before learned court on 28.04.2026 and on that date, the informant will also remain present before the learned court and that petitioner will take the informant along with him on that date, and thereafter, the learned court will release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties, as learned court may deem fit and proper. This petition is disposed of.
