Advocate (Crl.side) For R1 And R2 ORDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of an enquiry except in a manner known to law. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that the petitioners have been called by the respondent police at odd hours. Earlier the petitioners appeared before the respondent police on summons on 05.01.2026 and gave their explanations. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners are not accused in crime No.168 of 2023 and they are only witnesses. For recording the statement and to get more clarifications, they have been requested to appear and this cannot be termed as harassment. Further, he submitted that the petitioners have been only called by summons. 4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Govt.
