A compliance report on behalf of the respondents with regard to the removal of encroachments on the land earmarked for a playground for the school children in the Government School has been submitted and the land which was entrusted for running a Gaushala has been released from encroachment and demarcation of the land has also been made. 2. A letter has also been placed for perusal by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner which was written by the Principal on 28.03.2026, wherein, the Principal acknowledged the removal of the encroachments by the concerned SDM. 3. We take the said letter and the compliance report on record and by closing the present PIL proceedings, we direct that the SDM, Baran, Tehsildar and Patwari of the Village Seemli, shall be personally responsible if any encroachment is made in the future on the said land. 4. At the same time, we would expect the Principal to make proper use of the playground meant for the children and organize sports and athletic activities for the children. 5.
