1. It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioners that petitioners were driven out from their own residence by respondent nos.5 & 6 being son and daughter-in-law which prompts petitioners to approach this Court with the present writ petition.
2. However, it is submitted that concerned police authorities have taken necessary steps which facilitated petitioners to return back to their own residence. At present, petitioners are residing at their residence.
3. In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioners, it appears that grievance of the petitioners stand redressed and no further order need be passed on this writ petition excepting a direction upon the concerned police authorities to keep vigil so that no untoward incident takes place.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
