This revisional application is directed against an order dated July 16, 2026 passed by the learned District Judge, at Alipore, South 24-Parganas in Misc. Appeal No. 380 of 2025 thereby extending the interim order of injunction granted on November 18, 2025. 2. Since the order dated November 18, 2025 has been set aside by the judgment an order dated July 31, 2026 passed in CO. 4439 of 2025 and the other connected Cos (being CO. 224 of 2026, CO 431 of 2026, CO 1052 of 2026 and CO 1513 of 2026), therefore the order dated July 17, 2026 which has no independent existence also stands set aside. 3. The Opposite Party No.1 shall be free to approach the learned Appellate Court renewing his prayer for 2 injunction in accordance with law as already indicated in the order passed in C.O. 4439 of 2025. 4. With the above observations, CO. 2431 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
