The petitioner has filled this petition seeking the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned transfer order dated BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Date: 2026.01.30 10:41:22 +0530 2 30.06.2025 Annexure P-2 so far as the transfer of petitioner is concerned. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to direct respondent No.1 to allow the application for petitioner to transferred from under the Senior Agriculture Development Officer, Development Block Kartala, District Korba (C.G.) to his new posting Under the Deputy Director of Agriculture, Balodabazar (C.G.) it has been submitted to prevent him from being transferred. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court the further pleased to grant such other relief (s) may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding the post of Senior Agriculture Development Officer, posted at Block – Kartala, District Korba is transferred to the office of Deputy Director, Agriculture, Balodabazar. She further submits that petitioner is suffering with 70% permanent disability and against the order of transfer dated 30.06.2025, he has made representation on 03.07.2025, before the Committee constituted under transfer policy, however, till date no decision has been taken on his representation. She further submits that petitioner is still working in his earlier place of posting and he has not been relieved. 3. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has already submitted representation before the Secretary, General Administration Department, who is also one of the member of the Committee constituted under transfer policy and if representation submitted by petitioner is still pending consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for petitioner and further that against the order of transfer petitioner has submitted representation on 03.07.2025 before the Secretary, General Administration Department, who is stated to be the Member -Secretary of the Committee constituted under transfer policy instead of keeping this petition pending seeking reply from the State, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the Committee constituted under transfer policy to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order. It is ordered accordingly. 6. Considering the fact that representation was submitted on 03.07.2025, and is stated to be pending, till decision is taken on the representation submitted by petitioner by the Committee constituted under transfer policy, it is directed that status-quo as it exists today with respect to place of posting of petitioner shall be maintained by the parties. 7.
