In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.12.2025 (Annexure-F). 3. On careful consideration of the representation at Annexure-F would indicate that a temple has been constructed in the land belonging to the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to grant any other land to the petitioner in lieu of the same or award compensation, accordingly. 4. Having taken note of the averments made in the representation, as the petitioner is stating that the temple has been constructed in the land belonged to the petitioner, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for redressal of his grievance. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010495112026 NC: 2026:KHC:38851 WP No. 22619 of 2026 5. Therefore, as the matter is of civil nature, no writ of mandamus would be issued to the respondent- authorities to consider the representation at Annexure-F.
