The instant application has been filed jointly by the petitioner as well as the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 seeking disposal of the writ petition in the light of the compromise arrived at between the contesting parties (petitioner and the respondent Nos. 5 and 6). The compromise deed has also been placed on record along with the instant application. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submit that the main petition may be disposed of in the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 03. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6. 04. Since the contesting parties i.e. petitioner and the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have amicably settled the matter in terms of the compromise and the compromise deed has been placed on record along with CM bearing No. 6071/2026, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties. The revenue authorities are directed to act in furtherance of the compromise deed and proceed in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment and strictly in conformity with the rules and regulations. 06. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of along with connected application (s) in the manner indicated above.
