The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to direct to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Fatehpur to expedite the Case No. 1037 of 2012 (State VS Vasudev), case crime no. 374 of 2008, under section 3/4 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, P.S- Lalauli, District- Fatehpur, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Fatehpur since year 2008. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the case is pending since 2008, the applicant is about 74 years of and he is facing great hardship due the pendency of the case. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. 5. from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Puneet Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
