The petition is listed today. A perusal of the petition papers would reflect that the petition is filed in 2024. Now we are in 2026. The petition is pending for almost two years. As already noted above, though matter called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, either personally or through video conferencing. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Because of dismissal of the petition, interim order granted if any stands discharged and pending interlocutory applications if any are disposed of.
