The petitioner retired from service 31st October, 2023 and the E- Pension Payment Order issued in his favour on 20th December, 2023. 3. The petitioner prays for interest on account of delayed payment of his terminal dues. 4. It appears that the e-Pension Payment Order was issued within less than two months after the retirement of the employee. There is hardly any delay warranting interference by the writ Court. 5. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 6.
