The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chouparan PS Case No.15 of 2025, for offence registered under section 17(c) and 18(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, pending in court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge Cum Special NDPS Judge, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case alleging that the petitioners were cultivating poppy plant on the forest land. He submits that the petitioners are villagers and they are having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of cultivation of poppy plants in forest land. 5. Considering that the land is of the forest department and is not belonging to the petitioners and they are having no criminal as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter, the petitioners, above named, are, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
