Petitioner is serving as Lab Assistant in Government Inter College, Dhokaney, District Nainital since 2012. 3. According to him, he was transferred on request to Government Inter College, Narayan Nagar, Haldwani vide order dated 30.08.2023; however, the said order has not been implemented so far, as resignation tendered by Lab Assistant, serving in Government Inter College, Narayannagar has not been accepted. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that due to family problems, petitioner is interested in his transfer to Narayannagar and his request was accepted in 2023, but that order of transfer is not implemented as yet. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that since petitioner has made a representation to the Chief Education Officer on 28.02.2026, therefore, he has no objection if Chief Education Officer is directed to consider the same. 2026:UHC:2693 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing Chief Education Officer concerned to consider and decide petitioner’s representation made on 28.02.2026, as per law, within three weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 7. Till decision is taken on the representation made by petitioner, post of Lab Assistant shall be kept vacant in Government Inter College, Narayannagar.
