Two different prayers have been made by way of filing these instant petitions. In S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.3773/2019, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation of FIR [2026:RJ-JP:17234] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3773/2019] No.140/2019 registered with Police Station Ramganj, Jaipur City North for the offences under Section 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, while in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.2743/2019, a prayer has been made for quashing the aforesaid impugned FIR. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court, on the basis of the factual report dated 18.01.2025, that after thorough investigation in the instant matter, the Police has not found any case against the petitioner, hence final report negative has been submitted in his favour on 28.08.2019 before the Metropolitan Magistrate No.23, Jaipur Metropolitan. He further submits that under the changed circumstances, both these petitions have become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, both the instant criminal misc. petitions stand dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay applications as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
