Heard Mr. Shashi Kumar Tiwari, learned Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Karunesh Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Special Session Trial No. 272 of 2019 (State Vs. Sushil Kumar Gupta and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 498 of 2019, under Sections 376, 504, 506, 120B I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Phoolpur, District Prayagraj, pending in the court of learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Prayagraj, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is informant of the aforesaid case crime number and the charges were framed in the matter on 26.02.2024 and still the case is pending at the stage of cross examination of PW-1. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Karunesh Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
