“ 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records pertaining to the case from the respondent authorities. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby setting aside/quashing the impugned order dated 12.12.2023 (Annexure P/1) ”

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to avail an alternate remedy by instituting suitable proceedings before the concerned competent Civil Jurisdictional Court for redressal of her grievance. He submits that the disputed issues involved in the matter can appropriately be raised and adjudicated upon before the competent Civil Court in accordance with law. He therefore, prays that the present petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court and avail such remedy as may be available to her in law for redressal of her grievance. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the alternate remedy in accordance with law by filing an appropriate petition/proceeding before the competent Jurisdictional Court for redressal of her grievance. It is made clear that the petitioner shall
3 be at liberty to raise all such grounds and contentions as may be available to her in law and the competent Court shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the competent Court is at liberty to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
