1. The learned advocate for the petitioners by placing before this Court the e-mail communication dated 6th June, 2026 would submit that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition for the petitioners to avail the remedy available before the appellate tribunal under the WBGST/CGST Act, 2017.
2. Ms. Mukherjee, learned advocate appears for the State. She does not raise any objection.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid, let the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the tribunal within a period of 4 weeks from date in accordance with law.
