Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Contemnors has furnished a copy of the letter dated 19.06.2026 addressed by Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department to the Government Pleader for Finance, wherein it is mentioned that a net amounts of Rs.6,34,769/-, Rs.5,77,595, Rs.6,84,869, Rs.6,58,669/- and Rs.6,69,214/- has been cleared on 19.06.2026, vide Bill Nos. 2026- 7835179, 2026-7837193, 2026-7837967, 2026-7836838 and 2026-7838346 respectively in compliance to the orders of this Court and requested to close the Contempt Case. Recording the submissions made, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to claim remaining amounts, if any payable by the Respondents.
