1. This is an o8ce reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 21.08.2025 passed in MCRC No. 6358 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the petitioner, namely, Vinod Kumar Nag, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi<ed copy of that order, if there was no legal impediment.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bacheli District-South Bastar Dantewada (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 28.07.2026 has requested for grant of four month’s additional time for concluding the trial.
5. It transpires from perusal of the P.U.D. that the case is presently <xed for consideration of an application <led by the prosecution under Section 94 of the BNSS seeking production of the original Call Detail Records (CDR) and Customer Application Forms (CAF) of certain mobile numbers for exhibiting their certi<ed copies in evidence. The record further reveals that the evidence of four prosecution witnesses still remains to be recorded, one of whom is a Judicial O8cer posted outside the district. Necessary legal process is required to be issued for securing his presence and su8cient time is required for recording his evidence. In the aforesaid circumstances, the learned trial Court has sought extension of time and has prayed for grant of a further period of four months for recording the remaining evidence and concluding the trial and <nal disposal of the case.
6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today.
7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o7 with the aforesaid direction.
8. Registry is directed to send a certi<ed copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha)
