The petitioner retired from service on June 30, 2021 and the Pension Payment Order issued in his favour on September 11, 2021. 3. It appears that the Pension Payment Order was issued within less than three months after the retirement of the employee. There is hardly any delay warranting interference by the writ Court. 5. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 6.
