C.C.No.1304 of 2026 is filed complaining disobedience of the
order, dated 22.09.2025, passed in W.P.No.13720 of 2025.
C.C.No.1405 of 2026 is filed complaining disobedience of the
order, dated 16.07.2025, passed in W.P.No.13749 of 2025.
When the matters are taken up, Sri L. Radha Krishna, learned counsel representing Sri V.Ch. Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, appeared through video conferencing and reported that the orders have been complied with and requested to close the contempt cases.
Accordingly, the contempt cases are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
