Counsel ORDER By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation made by the Power Agent on behalf of petitioner dated 25.03.2026 and consequently consider and dispose of the petitioner’s application bearing Application No TN -7202507172383 dated 17.07.2025 by issuing the Legal Heir certificate. 3. The learned Government Counsel for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the order of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of P.Venkatachalam and Others vs. The Tahsildar, Kumarapalayam Taluk and Others, reported in 2022 4 CTC 1, a Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.478 dated 29.09.2022 was issued, which provides the procedure to deal with the issuance of legal heir certificate including the appellate mechanism. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner keeping in view the G.O.Ms.No.478 dated 29.09.2022, after putting the petitioner and other interested parties on notice and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
