Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 1 year and 5 months. Learned advocate for the State submits till date the deposition of the victim has not been completed. Accordingly, State is directed to ensure that the victim is made available before the Court for examination and the same be completed within a reasonable period of time. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 1598 of 2026 is rejected. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is completed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
