Today, an instruction dated 4th of February, 2026,has been placed before this Court to the effect that the Flag of “NOT TO BE TRANSACTED” with regard to the vehicle bearing Registration No. AS-01GC-8514, has been removed in the system Vahan Software on 30.08.2025 itself. 3. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that if such tag has been removed, the grievance raised in this writ petition may be taken to have been redressed. 4. Accordingly, this petition is closed since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondent authorities themselves. 5.
