… … Petitioner(s)
Mr. Arnab Chatterjee Mr.AvikGhosh Ms. Ankusha Ghosh
… for the Petitioner(s)
Mr. Brojesh Jha, ld. APP Ms. Priti Kar Bagchi
… for the State-respondent(s)
Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the similarly placed accused person has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1067 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail. Having considered that other accused person [Allarakha @ Ripanj] has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1067 of 2026, I am inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Allarakha @ Ripanj in CRM (NDPS) 1067 of 2026.
2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Selim Sk @ Murselim @ Morselim] is Allowed. The learned trial court/Special court would release the petitioner on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed on Allarakha @ Ripanj in CRM (NDPS) 1067 of
2026. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1530 of 2026 is allowed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
