Heard Smt. Likitha M, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. K. Nageshwarappa, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1. 3. A perusal at the order sheet would indicate that the proceedings are being adjourned without rhyme or reason. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality to the proceedings. The concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order, if not earlier. 4.
