Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the incriminating materials appearing in the present case which relate to trafficking of minors along with the alleged offence under the POCSO Act. Having regard to the overall circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail as there has been no change of circumstances since the last order of rejection. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. However, the State would ensure that the victim girls are produced before the learned trial court. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1588 of 2026 is dismissed.
