By the present petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may be please to issue a writ(s)/order(s) to the Respondents Authorities for AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2026.08.10 10:42:50 +0530 2 considering the Representation of the Petitioner in specific time period. 10.2. That, further may be please to issue directions to the Respondent authorities to decide the representation (Annexure P/5, 6, and 7) for Payment of the Arrears, Medical expenses, Family Benefit Planning, with interest and to transfer the amount of EPF into the Petitioner's Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN). 10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may be please to direct the Respondent authorities shall release the pending payments (Arrears, Medical Expenses Family Benefit Planning, with interest and to transfer the amount of EPF into the Petitioner's Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN)) to the Petitioner in considerable time period.” 10.4. That this Hon'ble court may further be pleased to pass any other order/ orders in favor of petitioner as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of the present writ petition, though the Corporation submits that the payment of arrears, medical expenses and EPF has already been processed and the same will be paid to the petitioner, however, the family benefit planning and the amount of EPF has not been transferred to the Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN). The petitioner would submit that by raising his grievances, submitted a detailed representation on 30/12/2024 Annexure P-6 before the respondent No.3 and the same is 3 pending consideration. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the corporation would submit that though some of the reliefs sought for by the petitioner have already been redressed but still they will consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 5. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent/Corporation to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 30/12/2024 Annexure P-6, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
