Hafiz Ali ..for the petitioner Mr. Ramashis Mukherjee Mr. Neel Chakraborty ..….for the State Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about a year and charge sheet has already been submitted. Initially the petitioner was not named and finally his name has been incorporated in the charge sheet. As such, the petitioner may be granted bail on any stringent conditions. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State produces the case diary, draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the eye-witnesses and also the seizure list. Having considered the incriminating materials appearing against the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release on bail. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 1616 of 2026 is dismissed.
