Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.377/2025/F1 dated 02.03.2026 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Principles of Natural Justice. Challenging the notice dated 02.03.2026 issued by the 2nd respondent to produce the document with regard to the compound wall constructed by the petitioner on the street, this writ petition is filed. 2. The main contention of the petitioner is that the impugned notice does not contain Section of law/provision of law. 3. Be that as it may, when the Commissioner of Corporation has issued a notice to produce the document to show that compound wall has been constructed only on the land belonging to the petitioner, it is the duty of the petitioner to produce the document. Without doing so, as a matter of right, he cannot challenge the said notice. Hence, the petitioner is directed to produce the document to the authorities within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such production, let the authorities consider the document and pass an order as per law. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
