For Petitioners : M/s.C.Meenakshi Rama Prabu For Respondents : M/s.B.Arun Counsel for State of TN(crl.side) for R1 Mr.C.Gunasekaran for R2 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis ORDER The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in S.C.No.67 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under the SC/ST(PoA) Act, Sivagangai, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein they are charged with the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, and 307 of IPC r/w Section 3 of PPDL Act. 2. A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that the defacto complainant has been injured in his right hand and therefore, invoking Section 307 of IPC would not get attracted and Section 326 of IPC would get attracted. 3. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 4. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 5. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in S.C.No.67 of 2019, on the file of the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under the SC/ST(PoA) Act, Sivagangai, is hereby quashed. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 6.
