A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that the defacto complainant has been injured in his right hand and therefore, invoking Section 307 of IPC would not get attracted and Section 326 of IPC would get attracted. 3. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 4. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 5.
