Counsel Sri.Vignesh S.Shetty., submits that he would file the vakalath on behalf of the respondent.

2. The petition is filed to direct the respondent Bank to consider the representation dated:13.11.2024 vide Annexure- A.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several
contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care.
4. The prayer is to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 13.11.2024. However, a perusal

of the writ papers would reflect that the Bank has already considered the representation on 16.11.2024. Hence, nothing survive for consideration in the present writ petition. If the petitioner has any grievance about the reply letter, he is at a liberty to assail and put forth his grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with the law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
