The prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is for commanding the respondents to issue appointment orders to the petitioner in terms of the selection made by ZEO for appointment to the post of ReT in BMS Mohura Uri Baramulla. 02. It is stated that the petitioner has emerged as prospective candidate for engagement as ReT BMS Mohura Baramulla and despite the period granted for filing objections, no objections were filed to the panel. 03. Respondents have objected the claim of the petitioner by placing reliance upon the Government order dated 16.11.2018 which provided for the withdrawal/cancellation of ReT scheme. 04. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is required to be considered in light of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India rendered in case titled “UT of J&K Vs. Saba Wani and Ors”. 05. Mr. Alla Ud Din Ganai, learned AAG appearing for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner for appointment as ReT in BMS Mohura Baramulla shall be considered in accordance with the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India rendered in UT of J&K Vs. Saba Wani and Ors. 01. In view of above the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of the judgment of the Hon’ble of Supreme Court rendered in case titled UT of J&K & Ors Vs.
