At the time of hearing learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent authorities/DISCOM has submitted a server copy of the order dated 28.07.2026 as passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPA/365/2026 (Smt. Devudamma vs. The Superintending Engineer and another). 3. It is submitted that in an identical matter the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench rejected the writ petition with a liberty to the writ petitioner of the said writ petition to make a fresh application uploading all necessary documents in accordance with law and in such a case the DISCOM was directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 4. Since similar reliefs have been prayed for in the instant writ petition, as a matter of discipline this Court cannot take any contrary view. 5. In view of such this Court while dismissing the instant writ petition grants liberty to the writ petitioner to file a fresh 2 application for getting electricity, uploading all necessary documents in accordance with law and in the event such an application is filed, the respondents authorities shall be obliged to consider the same in accordance with law. 6.
