The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.391 of 2022, for offence registered under section 33(1)(a) of Indian Forest Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the allegations are made of taking away the wood pieces on the tractor so far as the petitioner is concerned. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that 49, 5, and 6 pieces of different sizes of wood (karma patra) have been taken away from the forest and in view of that the name of the petitioner has come in the offence report. 5. Considering that the allegations are there of taking aforesaid wood pieces from the forest area which is having a far-reaching impact on the environment, and in the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and as such, the prayer for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected, and hence, this anticipatory bail application is, hereby, dismissed.
