Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner, school authorities of Parangerpar Sishu Kalyan High School, Alipurduar (hereinafter referred to as ‘said school’) and State respondents. 3. Petitioner was released by the authority of said school in terms of transfer order dated 5th December, 2019 and petitioner joined as Assistant Teacher in Padmeswari High School (HS), Alipurduar on 14th October, 2020. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in spite of releasing the petitioner based on transfer order dated 5th December, 2019 issued by the President of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education till date authorities of said school have 2 not forwarded updated and authenticated service book to him. 5. Learned advocate representing said school has produced before this Court original service book and it is submitted that same is updated and duly authenticated by the headmaster of the said school. It is also submitted that leave availed by the petitioner during his tenure as assistant teacher in the said school was regularized. Original service book of the petitioner in connection with his service in the said school up to 13th October, 2020 is handed over to Mr. Uday Sankar Sarkar, learned advocate representing the petitioner. 6. Since original updated service book is supplied to the learned advocate for the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities. 8. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
