The petitioners pray for pre-arrest bail on the ground that the petitioners are the in-laws and have been falsely implicated. It is submitted that the investigation is complete and hence custodial interrogation is not required. Learned advocate for the State opposes prayer for grant of pre- arrest bail. Considered the injury report, the role ascribed to the petitioners, the contents of the complaint and the medical report. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, dismissed.
