This criminal revision has been =led by the applicants with the following prayer: “It is therefore, that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this criminal revision and modify/enhance impugned maintenance amount of order dated 19.08.2025 passed by the learned family Court Rajnandgaon, District Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh in Misc. Criminal case No. 64/2022 and also may kindly be granted maintenance amount sought by the applicant in maintenance application under section 125 of Cr.P.C. for seeking granting maintenance amount of Rs. 15,000/- per month, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicants/revisionists submits that the parties have entered into a compromise and the matter has amicably settled between them. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent concurs with the submission made by learned counsel for the applicants. 5.
