2. The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that the petitioner had approached the respondents No.2 and 3 to consider their representation dated 25.02.2026 (Annexures-G and H), wherein it is alleged that the

respondent No.4 is encroaching the public road which is being utilized by the petitioner and public at large.
3. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.3 is
directed to consider the representation dated 25.02.2026 Annexures-G and H, in accordance with law, at the earliest, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
