It is submitted that no money had been exchanged, and as such allegation of kidnapping and extortion was concocted. 3. Perused the materials on record, the statement of the victim recorded by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, the contents of the charge-sheet and the role of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence. 4.
