Prayer made in the present petitions is for quashing of order dated 26.09.2007, whereby the petitioners were ignored for promotion to the post of Sub-Station Operators, might not be surviving, due to efflux of time. 2. As is discernible from the order passed by this Court as also the affidavit filed in compliance thereto, the petitioners were promoted in 2001 in their own pay scale along with others, however, in 2007, the same was recalled as there was no sanctioned post of SSA. Accordingly, they were promoted again, against the sanctioned post vide order dated 27.08.2007, the Field Cadre was restructured and vide order dated 26.09.2007, promotions were being made after remaining the post of ASSA/GSA as Grid Sub-Station Attendabt and Grid Sub- Station Operator respectively. Accordingly, they were promoted as GSO and is shown at Serial No.8 and that in other circles Gurgoan, Karnal and Panchkula, the promotions were carried out against the sanctioned posts and no one similar situated to the petitioners stand promoted to the post of SSA.
