P. ROUTRAY ORDER 17.8.2026 Order No. 01. 1. Heard Mr. N. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. G. Tripathy, learned AGA for the State. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is working in Group-D post against regular vacancy and has prayed for his regularization. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the authority in this regard. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission permitting the Petitioner to submit a written representation to the Secretary to Government in Higher Education Department, Bhubaneswar (O.P.No.1) within a period of 15 days from today and in such event, Opposite Party No.1 is directed to consider the grievance of the Petitioner and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of four months thereafter. Opposite Party No.1 is further directed to take note of the case of regularization of any similarly situated person while considering the grievance of the Petitioner.
