Petitioners Saniya, S/o Jhabeer Singh and Aakash Dhiman, S/o Rajendra Dhiman praying for protection since there is threat perception from respondent nos. 4 to 7. 4. Respondent no. 7 is the person with whom petitioner no. 1 was compelled to marry. In the petition it is contended that both the petitioners were in love and now have decided to marry soon but there is threat perception from respondent nos. 4 to 7 therefore the adequate protection may be granted. About age, the High School Certificate of petitioner no. 1 is enclosed according to which her date of birth is 25.02.2007 and she is about 19 years old and so far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned he is completing 21 years in the month of October 2026. 5. Now, the petitioners are before this Court and are present and identified by their counsel. Since, there is threat perception from the private respondents, in such an eventuality, the S.S.P. Haridwar is directed to assess the threat perception of the petitioners from respondent nos. 4 to 7 and if he comes to the conclusion that there is any threat perception take appropriate steps to save their life and liberty. Simultaneously, the S.H.O. concerned shall also call upon respondent nos. 4 to 7 and advise them not to take law in their hands. 6.
