Singha, learned counsel for the applicant and also heard Mr. A. Roy, learned Standing counsel for the respondents. Mr. B. Singha, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in WP(C) No. 3561/2018, the name of the applicant had appeared as “KH Abdul Hussain” which should be actually recorded as “Khandakar Abul Hussain”. Mr. A. Roy, learned Standing counsel for the P&RD department has submitted that the correction in the order of the disposed writ petition perhaps the same may be not carried out and it ought to be left upon the applicant to do the necessities with adequate proof to the respondents to show that the applicant is the same person. I.A(C) is supported by an affidavit. At the request of Mr. B. Singha, learned counsel for the applicant, this Page No.# 3/3 Court disposed of the application allowing the applicant to appear before the respondents authorities for grant of relief already granted in the writ petition by taking the correct name of the applicant on record and doing needful.
