No.3033 of 2026 2. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed as against the fifth respondent in this writ petition, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th and 5th respondents are troubling the petitioner from the peaceful conduct of the temple festival concerned. Hence he has given representation for police protection. The same is not considered. Hence this petition. 4. The learned Government Advocate, on inspection submitted that already a first information report in Crime No.169 of 2026 has been registered as against the fifth respondent. 5. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. 6.
