Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure P-5), passed by respondent No.1, order dated 17.03.2026 (Annexure P-7), passed by respondent No.2, minutes of meeting dated 02.07.2026 (Annexure P-9) of respondent No.3 and order dated 09.07.2026 issued vide endorsement dated 13.07.2026 (Annexure P-10) vide which the petitioner has been reverted to the post of Junior Engineer. Further prayer has been made to not to revert the petitioner from the post of Sub Divisional Engineer to the post of Junior Engineer as the petitioner has been promoted vide order dated 23.06.2025. 2. Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that the impugned order of reversion dated 13.07.2026 (Annexure P-10) shall be treated as withdrawn and fresh consideration shall take place after following the principles of natural justice, within a period of four months. 5.
