It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the Water Storage Tank had been constructed at Village Phulbhanga, Barhait Block, District Sahibganj, ten years back, but the same is not functioning, thus he prays for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to make the same functional. 2026:JHHC:9856 2 3. Considering the nature of grievance which the petitioner is seeking to be redressed in this writ petition, I direct the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner – Sahibganj, by filing a representation. 3.1. The Deputy Commissioner – Sahibganj, will look into the grievance of the petitioner and will consider the same and give appropriate directions, if the grievance is genuine, within six weeks thereafter. 4.
