1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P-11), passed by respondent No.2; order dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure P- 9), passed by respondent No.3 and order dated 13.06.2022 (Annexure P- 5), passed by respondent No.4. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to treat the period of suspension as period spent on duty with consequential relief of payment of allowances for the said period.
2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 20.07.2026
