Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court had directed the Tehsildar to consider the reply submitted by the petitioner and to pass an order in accordance with law within a period of 30 days. It is submitted that although the Tehsildar has passed the order dated 09.06.2026 (Annexure C/4), the reply submitted by the petitioner has not been considered. Therefore, it is contended that the respondent has violated the order of this Court and is liable to be proceeded against in contempt. 2. This Court =nds that the direction issued was only to consider the reply of the petitioner and pass an order in accordance with law. The Tehsildar has passed the order dated 09.06.2026 (Annexure C/4) within the stipulated period. Merely because the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the said order, it cannot be said that there has been willful disobedience of the order of this Court.
