1. The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the application dated 7.8.2025 in connection with MAT Suit No. 105 of 2024 which is pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, CoochBehar.
2. It is submitted that an application has been filed by the petitioner being the husband seeking inter alia, visitation rights of minor child in connection with Mat Suit 104/2024 on 7.8.2025 which is still pending for
consideration, as a result of which the husband/petitioner is being prevented to visit his son due to the ongoing matrimonial proceedings.
3. The prayer of the petitioner is innocuous. Neither the parties stand to lose if a
2 proceeding is disposed of expeditiously. Infact such expeditious disposal shall enure to the benefit of the parties.
4. The revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, CoochBehar to decide the application dated 7.8.2025 in connection Mat suit No. 105 of 2024 upon giving adequate opportunities to the parties, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, strictly in accordance with law, peremptorily within a period of six months from the date of communication of this
order.
5. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the suit.
6. The learned Court shall proceed independently in accordance with law without being influenced with the observations made in the said order.
7. A copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order be served upon the opposite party and the learned advocate contesting the matter on behalf of the opposite party in the learned Court below within a week.

8. Affidavit of service to be filed before the Court below.
9. The revisional application stands disposed of.
10. There shall be no order as to costs.
11. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
12. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
